We are seeking volunteers for a clinical research trial that is studying the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication of pegloticase administered by intraveneous (IV) infusion every four or two weeks, co-administered with weekly oral doses of methotrexate in individuals who are 18 years of age or older who suffer from gout that has not responded to prior treatment.
